It benefits: Clearing blockages in the body; Improving flexibility and mobility; Reducing the risk of injury; Faster recovery after exertion; Improved posture and flexibility. "In a small group, you'll work on flexibility and resilience, so your body feels free and light."

REFORMER

The Pilates Reformer offers challenging, fluid resistance training, taking your strength, stability, and flexibility to the next level. The vertical frame opens up even more training possibilities. With personalized guidance in a small group, the Reformer takes your strength, flexibility, and precision to the next level.

STOTT®  Pilates

STOTT Pilates® is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method, developed by exercise scientists and movement specialists. It combines the foundational principles of Joseph Pilates with current knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and postural alignment. The method focuses on precision, stability, and functional strength throughout the entire body. By activating the deep stabilizing muscles, all muscle groups work together more efficiently, improving mobility, creating more space in the body, and building strength.

These benefits extend beyond the studio—you'll notice improved performance in other sports as well as greater ease and confidence in your everyday movements.

What do you need for a Pilates class?

Wear comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely. For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks (non-slip socks) are required. Please bring a large towel to place on the mat. A towel is not required for Reformer classes.

Do you have an injury or a medical condition?

In many cases, you can still participate in Pilates. However, please make sure you have approval from your doctor or healthcare provider before attending. We also ask that you contact CoreandForm by phone or email in advance so we can discuss whether Pilates is suitable for you. In many cases, exercises can be modified to accommodate your individual needs, for example if you have scoliosis, osteoporosis, a hip or knee replacement, certain autoimmune conditions, or if you are recovering from an injury.

I am STOTT Pilates® certified and have completed the additional Injuries & Special Populations training. With approval from your healthcare provider, I can adapt classes to suit a wide range of injuries and medical conditions.

Pilates during pregnancy

Yes, in most cases, Pilates is safe during pregnancy. If you were already practicing Pilates before becoming pregnant, you can usually continue during a healthy pregnancy. Please make sure to inform your instructor before class that you are pregnant. I am STOTT Pilates® certified and have completed the additional Injuries & Special Populations training, which includes guidance on safely modifying exercises throughout the different stages of pregnancy. Where needed, exercises will be adapted to suit your pregnancy.

If you are unsure whether Pilates is right for you, or if your pregnancy requires additional medical care or monitoring, please consult your midwife or doctor first. We also recommend contacting CoreandForm by email, phone, or through the app before attending your class.

About me

Meet Fatima Dani, founder of Core&Form.
Always in motion and passionate about different forms of movement and sport, I find joy in continuous learning, growth, and sharing knowledge. I’m constantly in motion through specialized training within the STOTT Pilates and fascia community.

I love sharing my knowledge and experience to help improve strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. It’s my pleasure to guide you toward your personal goals for overall wellness

Moving no matter how small  helps me step out of my head and reconnect with my body. It brings calm to the chaos, clarity to confusion, and energy to moments when everything seems to stand still.

"Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit."
